Is Whey to Go available now?
Yes. Whey to Go is on the App Store for iPhone today. It's free for seven days, then $3.99 a month, or $49.99 once if you'd rather own it outright.
Will there be an Android version?
It is in the works. iPhone came first and Android follows as a beta. Leave your email on the home page and we will tell you the day it opens.
How much does it cost?
It's free for your first 7 days, the whole app with nothing held back. After that it's $3.99 a month or $39.99 a year. Prefer to never think about it again? A single $49.99 payment makes it yours for life.
Why is there a lifetime price?
Because your data lives on your device, there are no growing server bills behind the app. That's what lets us honestly sell it once, for $49.99, and never charge you again. The subscriptions are there for people who prefer to start small.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no sign-up, no password and no login. You download the app, open it and start logging.
What happens when I get a new phone?
Your data follows you automatically through your own private iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple account on the new device, install the app, and everything is there.
Does it work offline?
Fully. Everything is stored on your phone, so logging meals, plans and trends all work with no signal at all.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles every purchase, so you'd request a refund from them rather than from us. You can do it from your Apple Account, and Apple's usual time limits apply.
