Questions

Asked and answered.

The things people want to know before they buy. Anything else, email [email protected] and I will personally reply.

When does Whey to Go launch?

Soon - the iOS app is in beta testing now. Join the waitlist and we will email you the day it lands; tick the beta box if you would like an invite before that.

Will there be an Android version?

It is planned for after the iOS launch. Joining the waitlist is the best way to hear the moment it arrives.

How much does it cost?

It is free for your first 7 days - the whole app, nothing held back. After that it is £3.99 a month or £39.99 a year. Prefer to never think about it again? A single £49.99 payment makes it yours for life.

Why is there a lifetime price?

Because your data lives on your device, there are no growing server bills behind the app - so we can honestly sell it once, for £49.99, and never charge you again. The subscriptions are there for people who prefer to start small.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no password and no login. You download the app, open it and start logging.

What happens when I get a new phone?

Your data follows you automatically through your own private iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple account on the new device, install the app, and everything is there.

Does it work offline?

Fully. Everything is stored on your phone, so logging meals, plans and trends all work with no signal at all.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by the App Store, so Apple’s standard refund process applies - you can request one from your Apple account within their usual window.
