Health terms

The words your tracker uses.

Every term a nutrition app expects you to already know, explained without jargon. These are the same definitions Whey to Go shows inside the app.

The three main nutrients your body needs: protein, carbs, and fat. The app tracks all three to help you understand your diet.

Split your calories with the free macro calculator.

An app that explains its own numbers

Whey to Go logs food and training against targets you set, entirely on your device. No account, nothing sold. This glossary is built in, one tap from any screen.
