Terms

Terms of Service.

The short, honest version of the rules - the same terms shown inside the app.

Last updated 10 June 2026.

These terms govern your use of Whey to Go - the on-device app and, where you use it, the early-access web version. By using either you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Not medical advice

Whey to Go is a tracking and information tool, not a medical device or a substitute for professional advice. Nothing in it is medical, dietary or clinical advice. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your diet, training, supplements or medication. You use the app and any information in it at your own risk.

Your device and data

The app stores your data on your device and there is no account to create. Keep your devices secure - anyone who can unlock your device can open the app (you can require Face ID in Settings). On the early-access web version you sign in with a passkey; passkeys are tied to a device, so add a second device in Settings so you don't lose access. Either way, you're responsible for the data you enter.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break security or access other users' data, no automated scraping, no illegal use, and no reselling access. We may suspend web access for accounts that breach these terms.

Payment

Your data

Your data is yours. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but provide it "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time. If you use the web version, you can delete your account and all associated data from Settings. We may end web access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
